The Feast of Our Lady of the Chain will be begin on Saturday 7th September 2024 and conclude on Sunday 8th September. Mass will commence at 2.30 pm on Sunday 8th September and will be followed by a procession of the statue around some streets of Mareeba. Afterwards on the School oval, there will be food on sale, BBQ, Gnocchi and Homemade pasta and you can follow this up with a selection of Italian sweets, Cannoli, Crostoli, Nougat and a variety of biscuits. There will be a Pesca (Lucky Dip) with some great prizes, face painting for the kids and entertainment by Brisbane performer, Fortunato Isgro. Fortunato sings a variety of English and Italian songs and everyone is welcome to dance.
Saturday 7th September Cost is $60 per person for the 3 course meal and entertainment and dinner dance.
Sunday 8th September Festa continues with Mass @2.30 PM and at 8.30 pm there will be a fireworks display which is always a highlight of the festa.

To kick start the festa there will be a dinner dance on Saturday September 7th, 2024 from 6.30pm with tickets available to purchase onsite @$60 for a three course meal and dance with entertainment.
